Shipment processing times

Please note, all items are handmade and will be typically processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not can not be shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If We are experiencing a high volume of orders or we experience a delay with material availability, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If this should occur you will be contacted.

Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If Australia Post experiences a significant delay in the shipment of Your Order, either we or Austalia Post will contact You via email, SMS, or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for Your Orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

• Shipping method: Australia Post

  Shipment cost: Standard $12.50 includes GST

  Estimated delivery time: 3-5 business days

• Shipment cost: Express $16.50 including GST

• Estimated delivery time: 2 business days

• Delivery delays can occasionally occur subject to Australia Post service levels and network capabilities.

Shipment to P.O. Boxes 

Funny Farmgirl can ship to P.O. Boxes subject to Australia Post service levels and network capabilities.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once Your Order has shipped containing your Australia Post number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours and can be accessed at https://auspost.com.au/mypost/track/#/search

Domestic Shipping Policy Oversea

We are happy to ship anywhere in the world subject to recovering the cost of shipping. Please get in touch via my contact page and we will provide you with a quote. 

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Funny Farmgirl is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to Your Order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes)

Damages or Lost Items

Each item is covered by Australia Post insurance covers up to AUD $1000.00 for loss or damage to items. 

Funny Farmgirl is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If You received Your Order damaged, please contact Austalia Post directly to file a claim.

Please take photos and save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
