Refund and Returns Policy

Wrongly Supplied or Faulty Goods (Warranty)

If the item has been wrongly supplied to you or the item is faulty, please contact me via email quickly as possible, describing the fault or damage to the piece. We will offer you options to exchange the item, offer an exchange voucher, or a refund. Please get in touch via my contact page.

Change of Mind Returns

If you wish to return an item because you have changed your mind about your purchase within 10 days after the purchase date, we may offer you to exchange the item or offer you a store credit less any cost for the return postage in very specific circumstances. Change of mind returns may be available on items that we usually do stock, however not on items that we have custom-made or made with specifically ordered materials for you.

This exchange policy is only valid for Australian customers.

Goods will not be able to be returned, exchanged, or refunded if the item (s) are damaged, have been misused in any way, asked for an item against our advice, or were unclear about what you wanted.
