Rachael Carlton – Designer, Creator, and Enthusiastic Equestrian

My name is Rachael and I am The Funny Farmgirl. My backside first hit the saddle at the age of 3, when my younger sister and I were given a black and white Shetland pony named Whiskey.  I’ve been smitten with these gentle creatures and the unconditional love and joy they bring to my life ever since.  

I am a designer and creator through and through and for the last 30+ years my journey has been one of design and artistic pursuits. My creative passion culminated in Funny Farmgirl in 2018, it is my greatest pleasure to bring to you my collection of handcrafted equestrian-inspired designs. 

Funny Farmgirl is an Australian brand synonymous with quality craftsmanship and quality Australian materials. Each design embodies an aesthetic of style and elegance while integrity is an essential part of each product’s formation.
